We have a market saturated with confidence coaching for women. Programmes and platforms built on the premise that the primary barrier to women's business success is a deficit of belief. And while identity work is real and necessary — I build it into everything I do — confidence is not what most of the women I meet at workshops and events are actually lacking.

A pricing structure that reflects the actual value they deliver. A revenue model that can sustain the business through a difficult quarter, and a leadership framework that guides their decisions when the situation is ambiguous. These are not confidence problems they are business architecture problems, and solving them requires business architecture, not more motivation.


The women who show up for workshops, events and coaching programmes are not showing up because they need to feel better about themselves. They are showing up because they want to build something real. They deserve facilitators who meet that aspiration with practical executable strategy, not with another hour of inspiration that will not pay the bills.
